Great vid as always, and yes, definitely a cheat code when it comes to wealth building from a ground up. Goes without saying, it's not the plan for everyone, especially if kids are involved as they'd need to move schools depending on the age, but there are a lot of younger professionals new to the real estate game that need to know how great of a plan it is to buy, reside, sell and walk away with Equity.
If you really must live in Fields for the least amount of money, sure. Otherwise this is a terrible buy for the price. You're right, it's an investment only. No way I would pay 800K+ for anything with a shared wall. 800K buys you a beautiful American Legend home in the Tribute and for 900K you can stay in Fields with other builders. If you go in planning to sell in 3-5 years it will pay off for sure. I just can't wait to see all this come together. They're now starting on Fire Fly park on 380, another massive project with hotels, apartments, shops etc. The question is how much can Frisco sustain lol? If it all happens you won't be able to get a house in Frisco for under 1M in a few years. Unless you go on the older, East side of Frisco like on Lebanon east of the Tollway.
Dallas inventory is the highest its been in 7 years, foreclosures are surging...I wish you would give facts, stop pumping and saying your gonna get equity after 4 years. There is a great chance the market crashes 25% or more in the Dallas area. I don't get it, you keep yapping about equity, you have ZERO clue, and the fact you keep stating this nonsense, you're setting yourself up for a lawsuit, your giving financial advice...Clueless

I will use when I buy, but not for another year or so!

There is only one other builder that you can get into the The Fields at 900K and that is Darling! Great choice as well!
